CoRiT

CoRiT (Community of Researchers in Transition) is a subgroup of INTRAC, and comprises postgraduate (masters and doctoral) students and those who graduated within the past three years. CoRiT members have full membership of and access to INTRAC. CoRiT members in addition are able to participate in activities specific to CoRiT members.

The CoRiT group aims to collaborate and connect on our research related to leaving care in a number of ways. Group members have presented at Symposia at international conferences (for example EUSARF 2016 and 2018), collaborated on publications, and participated in meetings and workshops on relevant topics.

If you become a member of CoRiT you will receive emails from the INTRAC network as well as CoRiT-specific emails sharing information on conferences that may be of interest and opportunities to collaborate in relation to conference submissions and publications.

CoRiT is coordinated by a group of three postgraduate students:

  • Amanda Keller, Ph.D. student, McGill University, Montreal, Canada
  • Carrie Harrop, Ph.D. student, Loughborough University, Loughborough, United Kingdom
  • Ingri-Hanne Braenne Bennwik, Ph.D. student, VID Specialized University, Oslo, Norway (CoRiT-rep on INTRAC Exco)

The coordination-team can be contacted via email: corit.intrac@gmail.com

If you are currently carrying out research in the area of care leaving and would like to become a member of CoRiT then visit the Membership page now! Anyone who indicates that they are a current masters or doctoral student or that they graduated within the past three years is automatically a member of CoRiT.
